Solomon Iyobosa Edebiri, Ph.D, JP, MON

Board Chairman/CEO
Dr Solomon Iyobosa Edebiri has spent the last thirty years in the oil and gas industry offering services in the areas of drilling and related oil and gas exploitation operations. He is an expert in facility integrity management system covering inspection, corrosion control and environmental protection. His last fifteen years has been exciting having spent it in human capacity development within Nigeria and African region. His are of focus has been Welding and its related fields, business management and leadership development. He holds a certificate in General Welding, national diploma in Welding and Fabrication, post graduate certificate in Business administration, Masters, PhD and DBA in business administration and Doctor of Science (honoraris Cosa). He also holds an MSC in Management and PhD in Business Management He attended numerous short courses in the United Kingdom in the areas of non-intrusive inspection, welding inspection, corrosion control, Engineering Repairs and protection, Drilling, Completions, work-over and remedial services and Professional studies in Leadership

Dr Edebiri has co-authored two books, presented over 100 papers in different fields in the last fifteen years. He is currently working on developing a national welding capability development plan for Nigeria. DR. Edebiri has two patents established through his foundations; RITA an acronym that stands for Responsibility, integrity, transparency and accountability patented under the Solomon Iyobosa Edebiri Center for Change and MHDS and acronym that stands for Mobile Health Delivery Services a patent under Solomon Iyobosa Foundation.

Dr Edebiri is currently working on an educational project that will encourage the young ones to take on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math’s in order to stimulate their interest in manufacturing and production.

Dr Edebiri is a recipient of the National Merit Award, “Member of the Order of the Niger” (MON) for his contributions to national peace and technological development in 2006. He is also a recipient of the Justice of the Peace award by Edo state Government in 2005 for his contribution to community justice and peaceful co-existence.

He takes special interest in mentorship and promote personal skill development.

Dr. Kesiena Mercy Clement-Okooboh

Director of Curriculum and Program Development
Dr Kesiena Mercy Clement-Okooboh is an Organisational Development Consultant specializing in action research approaches through the application of theory and practice. She holds a B.A in French, Higher Diploma in Business (specializing in Human Resource Management) from Dublin Business School, Higher Diploma in Science in Computing in E-Learning, Masters of Science (MSc) in Learning Technologies, Certificates in Human Resource Management and Certificate in Training and Development, all from the National College of Ireland. She was awarded a Doctorate degree from the University of Bolton in the United Kingdom.

She has published in top journals, including the Kybernetes journal where her publication won the Highly Commended Emerald Literati Award for Excellence. She has presented in international conferences and her research interests include organisational learning and development, continuing professional development (CPD), blended learning, modern workplace learning, skill development, high performance, leadership development and knowledge management.

She has worked across a broad array of both the private and public sector; currently she works as an Organisational Development and Learning Consultant in the public sector in Ireland. Her recent project has been transitioning an Environmental Services Multinational towards becoming a learning organisation.

As a pracademic (combining theory and practice), she is passionate about organisational and social change and continuous improvement processes. She is also interested in the circular economy model – converting waste to energy and raw materials.  She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Member of the Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD) and Associate Member of The eLearning Guild.

Mr. Obaro Okoroze

Director Research and International Relations
Obaro Okoroze is an International Business Development and Research professional with a high interest in community and capacity development. He has been involved in numerous sustainable economic development research projects that are geared toward the industrialization of Africa.

He holds certifications in The AMCEQ course (The Practice of International Trade) from the Quebec Association of Export Trading Houses, Montreal – Canada; TPN 1 (Becoming a Third Party Neutral) and TPN 2 (Developing Facilitation Skills of Groups in Conflict) from the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, Ottawa – Canada; Effective Communications and Human Relations (The Five Drivers of Success: Self Conference, People Skills, Communication, Leadership and Attitude Control) – The Dale Carnegie Course in Montreal – Canada; DEC in Pure and Applied Science from Dawson College, Montreal – Canada; B.A. Major in Community and Ethnic Studies, Minor Political Science from Concordia University, Montreal – Canada; Post Graduate Diploma in Human Relationships, Diversity and Sexuality (starting Fall 2019) McGill University Montreal – Canada. Areas of interest: Entrepreneurship development and conflict resolution.

Stanley Ugochukwu, Ph.D, KSJI

Board Secretary/Head Admin & Finance
Simon, Stanley Ugochukwu is an expert in organisational research, development, monitoring & evaluation, consultancy and support services for which he has supervised for more than seven years now. He has also been involved in several organisational skills development through research. He holds a BSc (Finance), MSc (Finance) Aldersgate University, Philippines, MBA (Financial Management opt.) Ladoke Akintola University Technology, Ogbomoso and PhD (Finance) from Aldersgate College, Philippines. A Masters of Technology (M.Tech) in Communication Technology, Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Communication Technology both from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, While obtaining an Advance Diploma in Computer Maintenance and Repairs, and Diploma in Computer Maintenance from the University of Lagos. He has seven published works and a textbook in Financial Management a Nigerian perspective published in Germany. Expertise in Research and Development, Business Policy, Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance and Financial Management, Computing, Communications, core Networking topologies. Married with kids and a knight of St. John International.
